When booking online, please note that certain processing or service fees may apply. The final price displayed at checkout, including all applicable fees, will be the amount honored in your event contract. Any add-ons or changes requested after booking are subject to updated pricing. A deposit is required at the time of booking through our website in order to secure your date. This deposit is applied toward your total balance. Remaining balances and any additional charges will be outlined in your contract.

By using this website and making bookings with Harrod Event Center, you agree to our Terms and Conditions. Use of the site is limited to lawful purposes, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue offerings at any time. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation, and deposits (if required) are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Cancellations must be submitted in writing and refunds, if applicable, depend on the timing of cancellation relative to the event date. All content on this site, including text, images, and designs, is the property of Harrod Event Center and may not be copied or used without permission. Accounts created on this site must be kept secure, and we may suspend or cancel accounts for violations of our policies. Services are provided “as is” without warranties, and our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking in question.
