We understand how much planning goes into a special event, which is why we aim to make things easier for you. That’s why tables and chairs are included in your rental at no extra cost. We’ll provide enough 8-foot rectangular tables and chairs to comfortably accommodate all your guests. Prefer round tables? Our 60” rounds are also available upon request — just be sure to reserve them in advance, as quantities are limited.

Our half-day party rentals include a full 7-hour time block, giving you plenty of time for setup, celebration, and cleanup. Choose from these convenient time slots: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
4:00 PM – 11:00 PM or a Sunday option from
1:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Each option is designed to give you a smooth, stress-free event without feeling rushed

Your security deposit is due when the party is booked. This is a separate payment from your rental fees, and will be refunded, given the contract is fulfilled. The rental amount will then be due, 7 days prior to your scheduled event.
When booking on our website, you security deposit will be due at check out. If you call over the phone or come in the office, we allow 7 days to pay the security deposit before we will take you off the schedule without notice.
When an event is cancelled in any way, we will keep your security deposit. Any other funds that have been received, with 60 days between the cancellation and the event will be refunded. Any other payments with less than 60 days to the event will be kept.

If you would like to pay by cash or check, you can pay in our office during open hours or drop it off in our HARROD EVENT CENTER DROP BOX. Making sure that all of the User Guidelines are fulfilled and that the contract has been completed.
